The Erasmus+ Programme, particularly through Key Action 1 (KA1), is a transformative initiative that promotes learning mobility for individuals. It aims to create positive and long-lasting impacts on participants, their organizations, and the educational systems in which they operate.
C.F Elite Tutors Ltd aims to improve its Greek school’ courses, exchange ideas with colleagues outside of Cyprus, and expand its network. This project helped our educational organization develop teachers of the highest level who were properly trained. It gave them the skills they needed to meet the demands of their teaching practice and naturally resulted in our students enjoying higher-level lessons.
Our tutors learned effective ways to motivate students by transitioning from traditional to modern teaching approaches that guarantee high-quality results. Teachers gained confidence in using technology, including computers and online tools, and developed essential skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, and innovative thinking in education. Additionally, we empowered our teachers to generate innovative ideas for teaching and learning languages, with a particular focus on Greek, and they designed lessons using CLIL, becoming competent in student assessment within this framework.
We are happy to share the inspiring journeys of six of our dedicated staff members who participated in international mobilities funded by the Erasmus+ Programme under Key Action 1 (KA1):
